Our high quality smooth steel form’s surface, produces a concrete surface that can be painted or left untreated. Wall openings, doors and window frames are accurately positioned into the framework.
Electrical conduits, outlet boxes and plumbing stacks are incorporated into the structural concrete.
Our dimensionally accurate structures, careful surveying, and layout, combined with the high quality and sturdiness of the formwork, assure tolerance accuracy within 10mm, resulting in a finished product with accuracy unequalled to any conventional form of construction.

LOKI’S OFFERS ANALYSIS PLANNING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Loki’s engineers will suggest structural adaptations, In thIs process, the project’s architectural aesthetic and the finishing details are respected.
Each project file includes:
- A survey of geotechnical reports and building configurations
- Detailed planning establishing the production rate of the project’s structural shell, including any other standardised prefabricated elements
- An outline profiling the planning of tasks in a typical construction phase
That file may be amplified to include:
- Manpower requirements necessary to assure daily rotations of the steel formwork
- Specifications and recommendations regarding the rate of concrete production
- Specifications concerning the production of ancillary prefabricated elements
- And an overall construction schedule
LOKI'S DELIVERY OPTIONS
The LOKI system of steel shutters combined with special angle forms, ensure the modular wall forms are especially suited to single-story units and can be modified to suit your needs.
The daily cycle can be broken down as follows:
- Stripping forms from the previous days pour
- Installation of forms for today’s pour, incorporating door and window block-outs, as well as plumbing and electrical wiring conduits
- Installation of wall and slab reinforcement steel
- The concrete pour
JUST-IN-TIME LOGISTICAL CONTROL
The building system facilitates the introduction of ‘just-in-time’ logistical control. Projects can now be planned to meet a production schedule, accurately schedule all supplies, predict manpower needs, and coordinate the arrival and completion of finishing trades.
Thanks to the above-mentioned daily work cycle, construction can achieve large amounts of floor area every day. This sets the pace for the project’s scheduled progress and allows an accurate forecast of work schedules and material deliveries so that completion and handover dates can be reliably monitored.
Since work crews perform the same tasks every day, teams quickly become proficient in their tasks reducing the reliance on special construction trade skills.
Finishing trades may be scheduled to follow the formwork crew throughout the building process. Electrical conduits and plumbing stacks are pre-bent, built, and assembled to deliver to the site with ‘just-in-time’ precision and efficiency. Minimising the amount of stock on-site and dramatically minimises the project’s ‘shrinkage’ factor.
