LOKI’S OFFERS ANALYSIS PLANNING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Loki’s engineers will suggest structural adaptations, In thIs process, the project’s architectural aesthetic and the finishing details are respected.
Each project file includes:
- A survey of geotechnical reports and building configurations
- Detailed planning establishing the production rate of the project’s structural shell, including any other standardised prefabricated elements
- An outline profiling the planning of tasks in a typical construction phase
That file may be amplified to include:
- Manpower requirements necessary to assure daily rotations of the steel formwork
- Specifications and recommendations regarding the rate of concrete production
- Specifications concerning the production of ancillary prefabricated elements
- An overall construction schedule
LOKI'S DELIVERY OPTIONS
The LOKI system of steel shutters combined with special angle forms, ensure the modular wall forms are especially suited to single-story units and can be modified to suit your needs.
The daily cycle can be broken down as follows:
- Stripping forms from the previous days pour
- Installation of forms for today’s pour, incorporating door and window block-outs, as well as plumbing and electrical wiring conduits
- Installation of wall and slab reinforcement steel
- The concrete pour
